The orbit of a charged particle in a

uniform magnetic field

Description

A magnet is an element whose net magnetic moment is different from zero. In this experiment we calculate the magnetic moment of a magnet by measuring the oscillations of the magnet in an almost constant magnetic field. We also perform the Thomson experiment to calculate the ratio charge/mass for an electron.
