This course is an introduction to the translation of legal texts. Students will learn the fundamental principles of legal translation and develop a professional methodology for translating specialized texts as sworn translators. Course materials comprise mainly certificates for academic activities and vital records.

   5.1. The educational system in the English-speaking and Catalan-speaking countries
   5.2. The Anglo-Saxon and continental legal systems
