Planning Systems:
The development of new planning formalisms and algorithms is the other relevant guide line of our group. This work concerns with non-classical planning, i.e. multiagent and dynamical planning. The main motivation behind it, is the few practical frameworks for concurrent planning that can be found in the literature. Several of the applications we dealt with, often require the generation of parallel plans in order to achieve complex goals. Urban Traffic and trip planning are some examples. The approach we are studying is based upon new domain decomposition strategies which will be helpful in discerning activity regions and therefore, in determining agent interferences.
