Introduction

The lesson provides students with the tools to learn the structure of a business letter using realia in a authentic situation, and to develop self-appraisal and self-criticism skills. They have to write a business letter, evaluate their partners' letters (peer review) and make an oral presentation of the letter creation process and assessment of the letters.
